The location was perfect, just a short walk to a large shopping center, and the staff were great throughout my visit.
The breakfast options could be improved by adding more hot items.

The double room is exceptional with supportive bed, the balcony, for instance. Fridges, a cooktop, and kitchenware are a nice touch.

It is fantastic place to stay, the food is good, and location is absolutely perfect close to everything. Make sure you stay in the twin room with the balcony, comfy bed plus a nice shower. There is a coffee/tea making equipment, fridges, and glassware🙂❤

I had a pretty solid stay here! The location is super convenient, just a quick 10-minute drive to the airport and only 2 minutes from a shopping center. The room was really comfy and immaculate, which made relaxing after a day of exploring a breeze. I also loved the coffee they serve downstairs - it hits the spot!
I did find it a bit annoying that there was only one chair at the table in the room, which was pretty awkward for two people. the lack of in-room snacks and drinks was a little disappointing, plus I experienced a wait at checkout since it wasn't 24/7. a good stay but a few areas need improvement.

I was really frustrated with the room situation-three different rooms due to air conditioning issues! After a long flight, we just wanted to relax, but instead, it was constant packing and unpacking.

Clean and spacious rooms with a great vibe. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, though it can get busy. Some noise from above was a bit distracting, and I had a small hiccup with the restaurant service, but overall, a cozy place to stay with convenient amenities.

we had an amazing stay at the mantra. from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. our room was very spacious, featuring a king-sized bed and a lovely balcony that let in fresh air. enjoying the room service was a highlight, especially the perfectly cooked steak. the breakfast buffet had a great variety, making our mornings good. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the airport, and we appreciated the nearby entertainment options.
No complaints at all! 😊.

The room was generally clean, and parking was free and secure. our experience was marred by poor housekeeping and staff responsiveness. A more flexible approach to lost items would also enhance their service, as we had to retrieve personal belongings within a week or risk losing them. while the amenities were good and nearby parks like Thomastown East Reserve and Zimmer Park provided great bonding opportunities, I couldn't fully enjoy the stay due to the issues we faced.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for relaxing, featuring a wonderful bath tub that made the experience feel luxurious. The easy check-in and friendly staff set a welcoming tone, and the onsite bar offered a cozy vibe, complete with live music. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive from the airport and nearby shopping.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Spent a night here and was excited to explore the local area, especially the Quarry Hills Bushland Park. the folks at reception were friendly, making me feel at home. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast, though it came out colder than my board on a chilly Melbourne morning! Family-friendly spots nearby made for a nice touch-perfect for a dad who loves the outdoors. Just wish the gym had a treadmill for some post-surf cardio; guess I'll stick to chasing my toddler instead!

Just came back from a lovely stay! 🤗 the breakfast was the highlight - so much variety and super tasty! 💖 only downside was the location felt a bit strange, but it was close enough to see loved ones at the hospital.

The room was super cozy with plush bedding, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the climate control, too-kept everything just right. Having a mini bar and coffee setup was a fabulous bonus!
Not a fan of the sliding bathroom door; it felt a bit insecure when using it.
